He has also supported and worked with numerous real estate professionals and new construction builders throughout the Central Florida markets and abroad. Kristina has built a longstanding career in real estate, beginning in 2004, and has established a reputation rooted in knowledge, trust, and results. She has held her Real Estate License in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, and as of 2025, she has expanded her expertise by joining MMP as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in all three states. Kristina brings a wealth of experience to our team—supporting company transactions while also originating and growing her own book of business across her licensed states. Her unique background in both real estate and lending positions her to guide clients seamlessly through every step of the homeownership journey.

Carmen or Michelle are introduced after the transaction is underway. They order the appraisal, title, hazard insurance and verifications when time, and will prepare your application for initial review with the Lender's Underwriters. They also let you know when the Lender's Underwriters issues your Conditional Approval, which is the same as loan commtiment. Then, they work with you to to gather and submit the required approval conditions to the Lender's Underwriters a 2nd or 3rd time as needed. Until ulltimately, the Loan is Final Approved and CTC Clear to Close!
